How to book on to KFx Open Access courses

1: Please identify the course or courses that you are interested in. Course outlines and the level of each course is described on the website. If you want to check that this course is appropriate for you, please email or phone to discuss.

2: Check on the KFx Website to confirm course availability. The site will specify the number of places available, the number of confirmed bookings, provisional bookings, the number of people on a reserve list and a closing date for bookings.

If there are no places left on the course we can add you to a reserve list and will notify you if places become available at short notice. The current courses are listed in the Open Access Courses section.

3: Read the Costs, Terms and Conditions document to identify check that you agree with our terms.

3: If places are listed as available please contact us to provisionally book a place. We will email you back to confirm that you have a provisional course reservation.

4: Please complete a Booking form and either email it or post it to the address specified. If we do not receive this within a fortnight of confirming a provisional booking, we will assume that you do not wish to proceed, and move you off the provisional list.

5: Use a separate booking form for each course that you wish to book on. You may book up to four delegates on to a single course using one booking form. See note (4) in the terms and conditions.

6: On receipt of your booking form we will email confirmation and within two weeks of the course, send all joining instructions.

7: We will invoice you after the course: However some people will need to pay in advance. See note (5) in the terms and conditions to see who has to pay in advance. If you have already paid in advance this will be stated on the invoice; otherwise payment will be due within 28 days
